United Rhythms San Francisco (URSF)
URSF 2023 Theme: “
"RITMOS INDIGENAS UNIDOS PRESERVANDO NAHUI OLLIN”
Producer, Choreographer of United Rhythms. I created “United Rhythms” in 2016 two years after choreographing for MCCLA 2014 & 2015. Brenda Perdue helps people through a process she developed called, Health Realization Transformation through the art of movement of our mind, body, and spirit to preserve endurance, strength, and stability in developing a heightened awareness of one's physical, emotional and mental well-being through the release of endorphins.
United Rhythms SF's mission is to preserve International Cultures and Indigenous Art and provide a platform and opportunity to teach, share and learn to self-heal, reduce stress, improve clarity & inspirational direction while enjoying memorable self-inspirational experiences in group gatherings of the Performing Arts. I love teaching & dancing and having a good time. Help me in highlighting the different beautiful flowers & elements of Indigenous Culture!
United Rhythms is a performance collaborative group that celebrates a variety of rhythms and cultures from all over the world to represent each beautiful culture. For the 2023 year,
Inspired to continue to highlight our energy through the use of neon colors. URSF is proud to collaborate and showcase Contemporary Fusion with Afro Colombian Rhythms with “ Los Alegres Callejeros” and “Soul Beatz of Oakland Lake Merritt.” Representing healthy lifestyles with active movement seen by URSF dancers and collaborating artists. We are thankful everyday for our life, health, love, community and to showcase the culture here in San Francisco. Register to participate with United Rhythms.
