UNITED RHYTHMS SF LEARN CHOREOGRAPHY

BRENDA PERDUE, Director & Producer of United Rhythms San Francisco provides all-inclusive dance fitness specializing in World BeatRhythms covering All Latino Rhythms (Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Reggaeton, Cha Cha Cha, Flamenco...) and Reggae, Soca, West African, Pop and Hip Hop. The group thrives with collaborative ties to the community to share a component of each culture.

Celebrating a variety of world rhythms and cultures from all over the world, but focusing on one rhythm or choreography per session with dance instruction. Brenda Perdue provides how-to instruction on a specific rhythm of the day that will involve instruction at high intensity that will build cardiovascular fitness while improving dance technique endurance and coordination.
